Electrical Supervisor

to lead full installation and maintenance projects. The successful candidate will oversee electrical operations, ensure safety compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within our organisation.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily electrical installation and maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely Manage and oversee installation, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics Lead project management efforts for electrical upgrades, new installations, and system modifications Provide technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and systems to identify potential issues before they escalate Collaborate with project management teams to plan and execute electrical projects on time and within budget. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and project documentation. Train and mentor junior staff in electrical procedures, safety protocols, and technical skills

Qualifications

Electrical Level 3 NVQ

Qualified to 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

Full UK Driving License

Proven experience in an electrical supervisory role or similar position.

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various electrical systems. Strong project management skills, with the capability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations pertaining to electrical work is essential.
