Electrical Supervisor

Rate: Excellent Hr Rate For The Right Candidate

Location: Sheffield

We are a commercial/industrial Electrical Contracting Company based in Sheffield. We undertake a range of activities primarily involving installation works for various clients in the Yorkshire area; however on occasions this can extend UK wide.

Due to continued growth we have an opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor. The role requires the applicant to be highly competent in electrical installations but should also have a good knowledge of other trades associated with the construction trade.

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Supervisor:

. Ensure works are undertaken in line with installation drawings and programme
. Responsible for ordering day to day materials for the project
. Responsible for efficient management of labour
. Responsible for organising subcontractors
. Managing Health & Safety and promoting awareness
. Liaising with main contractors and clients on a daily basis to ensure the project runs to the clients satisfaction
. Collating commissioning certification and produce draft as-fitted drawings

Key Skill / Experience Requirements of the Electrical Supervisor:

. Electrical apprenticeships completed
. C&G 2391 and 18th Edition
. SSSTS or Equivelent and Advanced DBS an advantage
. Previous experience of working on commercial and industrial installations including
Healthcare and Educational settings
. Proactive with a client focus and positive attitude
. Experience as an Installation Supervisor
. Professional and presentable appearance
. Driving licence/ flexible with travel
. Excellent time management and organisational skills
