We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical team in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of electrical systems. Duties



Supervise and coordinate the activities of the electrical team, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards. Manage electrical projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, utilising your knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations. Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within broader operational processes.

Skills



Proven management experience with a focus on leadership within an electrical environment. Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and interpreting schematics. Excellent mechanical knowledge relevant to electrical systems and maintenance practices. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, enabling clear interaction with team members and stakeholders. Previous supervising experience is essential, demonstrating an ability to lead teams effectively in a dynamic environment. A solid foundation in electrical experience is required, ensuring familiarity with industry standards and best practices. Pay: 36,727.53-45,000.00 per year
