Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and manage electrical projects within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in electrical systems, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. (BS 7671) Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into overall project plans. Estimating of jobs Drafting of RAMS

Requirements

A valid UK drivers licence. Previous Electrical experience - as a supervisor or on site electrician. Valid CSCS card for access to sites A Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certificate if possible Proven experience in a supervisory role within the electrical field, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. Solid understanding of project management principles, with the ability to manage resources effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. Computer skills are a must. Must be competent in use of Outlook, Excel and word. MS Projects is advantageous Previous supervising experience is essential; management qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
