We are seeking two experienced and dynamic Electrical Supervisors to help oversee electrical operations for our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing electrical teams, ensuring the maintenance and installation of electrical systems, and supervising projects to meet safety standards and operational efficiency. Duties
Lead and supervise electrical teams, providing clear direction and support to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met whilst maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Review technical drawings, schematics, and project plans to ensure compliance with specifications and safety regulations.
Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any technical issues promptly.
Conduct regular inspections of electrical equipment and systems to identify potential faults or hazards.
Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety legislation, company policies, and industry standards.
Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Qualifications
Proven management experience within an electrical or mechanical environment, with a strong background in supervising teams.
Gold JIB Card and IPAF.
Extensive project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple tasks from inception to completion.
In-depth knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and electrical maintenance procedures.
Strong leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills to coordinate resources effectively.
Mechanical knowledge relevant to electrical systems is highly desirable.
Previous experience in supervising electrical maintenance or installation projects is essential.
Proficiency in English is required for clear communication across teams and documentation purposes.
