About The Role:
Purpose:
To play an active role in electrical testing and installation on an FM contract, covering multiple sites in Scotland.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Work across a wide range of electrical installation types and materials
Undertake electrical testing and the completion of electrical installation certificates (NIC/EIC); including appropriate collation of reports, software, correct application of testing equipment, etc.
Oversee all Electricians on the contract, to ensure quality delivery of works
Assist in the recruitment of qualified Electricians
Attend sites and develop client notional projects into quantifiable work schedule (scope a job)
Assist the Projects commercial team with development of detailed quotations for additional works
Produce reports
Assist with the mobilisation of new contracts
Participate in the on call and unsocial work requirements to support the ongoing FM delivery of the contract
These duties and responsibilities may be changed in accordance with the needs of the company, in particular the post holder may be required to provide support to holders of other posts according to changes in workload and patterns of working.
Hiring Criteria:
Full UK Drivers Licence
Approved Electrician status
18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations
C&G 2391 qualification
Experience working multi-site, including office-based environments
Good knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Project
Awareness of asset management (desirable)
Knowledge of other building service systems

Willingness to work overtime, to support the needs of the Business
Work Pattern:
Monday-Friday
40 hours per week, 08:00-16:30
Based across Kinloss, Edinburgh and Helensburgh
