Blackrow Group is recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to step into a key leadership position within a well-established and growing business.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead and coordinate a team of electricians on installation, maintenance, and repair projects. Ensure all work meets safety, environmental, and quality standards. Support project delivery through planning, documentation, and client communication. Mentor and guide team members, promoting a strong safety culture.
What You'll Need:

? NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) with 18th Edition certification

? Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

? Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH Managing Safely desirable)

? Testing & inspection (2391) and CompEx 01-04, 05-06 advantageous

? Full UK driving licence
