The Electrical Supervisor will:
Manage a team of Electrical Engineers to deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks
Coordinate with the helpdesk to schedule PPM and reactive works
Oversee subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of PPM and reactive tasks
Manage and deliver extra works, ensuring completion on time and within budget
Issue permits to work and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Attend regular client update meetings to report on progress and address concerns
Participate in progress meetings and prepare reports for GRAHAM senior management
Collaborate with the site Quantity Surveyor (QS) team to support quotations for extra works
Manage on-site Health & Safety, including inductions for GRAHAM staff and subcontractors
Liaise with end users to keep them informed of work progress and address any issues
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and comply with current regulations
Collate material requirements and submit orders to the Service Desk
Conduct regular audits of engineers, work quality, vehicles, and subcontractor performance
Review and sign off weekly engineer timesheets to verify accuracy of recorded hours
Participate in the out-of-hours escalation rota to provide emergency support
Report regularly to senior management on operational performance and issues

About You
Essential Criteria
1. Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) / Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)
2. Formal Qualification NVQ Level 3 electrician or equivalent
3. City and Guilds 2394/2395 (2391) Level 3 qualification
4. Normal eyesight colour vision
5. Highly experienced in Electrical installation works for commercial and industrial installations
6. Current 18th IET Wiring Regulations
7. Demonstrate relevant previous experience in a similar role working within a trade or construction background
9. Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
10. Full UK drivers licence
11. Proven Leadership and people management skills
12. Ability to successfully complete security clearance

1. High Voltage awareness training
2. Manual Handling training
3. COSHH training
4. Confined space training
5. IPAF card holder
