We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be overseeing project progress, scoping work, and ordering materials, managing staff, and ensuring all safety and compliance standards are met and to provide technical assistance.to join our team and will be pivotal to Greenview ongoing growth and success, and the job role will include . A full-time post, working 37.5 hours per week with overtime available.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out work according to Greenview policies and procedures
Ensuring all relevant working practices comply with the statutory Health & Safety legislation
Planning and management of all resources including labour, materials and sub-contractors.
Manage team performance, attendance, and development in line with company HR policies.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and promote the company's safety culture.
Coordinate with the client and internal departments to prioritise maintenance tasks, resolve issues, and ensure adequate materials and resources.
Monitor costs, maintain records, and report progress to management.
Identify opportunities for improvement and support implementation of company initiatives and client projects.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Carry out surveys and participate in joint site meetings
Contribute towards coaching and mentoring programs to support and develop our emerging talent
Accurate completion and timely submission of company documentation are required.
Liaise closely with electrical engineers to develop solutions and use your initiative to solve technical problems.
Observe the highest levels of health and safety, carrying out point of work risk assessments for every task.
Skills & Qualifications:
IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition
Previous experience in an Electrical Foreman / Supervisor role
testing and inspection qualification such as City & Guilds 2391, 2394/5, or equivalent.
Previous experience in commercial contracts eg hospitals, schools etc.
Time served as an Electrician
C&G Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services or equivalent
Driving Licence
CSR
Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) / Site Supervisor Safety Programme (SSSP)
Good ICT skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a cross functional team
Ability to keep track of multiple tasks or projects & manage time effectively
