The Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced

Elite Gymnastics or Tumbling Coach

to join our team. Whether your expertise is in Women's Artistic Gymnastics (WAG), Men's Artistic Gymnastics (MAG), or Tumbling, you will play a key role in developing gymnast.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver high-quality sessions for gymnast in either artistic gymnastics or tumbling. Design and implement structured training programmes tailored to individual athlete needs and progression. Provide clear, constructive feedback and technical corrections in a positive and motivating manner. Track athlete development through regular assessments and goal-setting. Ensure high standards of safety, discipline and wellbeing during all sessions. Work collaboratively with the wider coaching team, strength & conditioning staff, and external specialists.

Essential Requirements

Dance or Gymnastic Qualification in either: Women's or Men's Artistic Gymnastics,

or

Tumbling Demonstrated experience coaching at an elite or national level. Up-to-date DBS, Safeguarding and First Aid certifications. Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to coach advanced skills. Strong communication skills and a passion for athlete development.
Pay is based on qualifications and experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-30.00 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
Work Location: In person
