We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, reliable and hardworking Email Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Service, Marketing, Design or Development is preferable but not required.

Main responsibilities include:

Complete any duties in a timely manner.

First-line support to the Email Marketing Specialist & wider team whenever required.

Competent at building email templates using a typical template builder.

Competent at using HTML to build email templates.

Experience with campaign booking, scheduling, best practice.

Help the Email Marketing product/match exceed core KPIs.

Fulfil client and internal team requirements upon request.

Help the EM specialist to proactively find ways to improve product & process.

Confidence in communicating effectively with clients to support and consult on best practices.

Support essential processes such as GDPR and best practice where applicable to email marketing.

Pro-actively monitor campaign performance, interpret the metrics and provide clients with feedback and support on improving their campaigns.

Competent/Experienced with working with email marketing automation and nurturing strategies.

Knowledge of HTML in respect to email templates.

Experience of running Email Marketing campaigns (B2B preferable but not required).

Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Excel and Data analysis

Relevant Experience:

3+ years' experience in Email Marketing is required.

Location:

Either around the West Midlands area (our head office is based in Sutton Coldfield) or the Manchester area where our Head of Email Marketing is located.

Additional Information:

The role will be home based with some travel to 118 offices when required.
