About the role We are looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to provide expert, relevant and timely employment advice, guidance and practical support and proactive business focussed employment solutions that are consistent with employment legislation, relevant policies and procedures and leading-edge employment practice, that secure individual and service improvement and that support organisational change programmes within Corserv Facilities. The primary focus of the role will be to lead the Employee Relations service to Corserv Facilities. In addition, the role holder will be expected to get involved in the other specialisms of the Employee Lifecycle including Resourcing, Reward, Talent Management and Employee Experience. We are part of a recently formed HR team which makes this a really exciting time to join us and bring your expert HR skills and knowledge to this important role and our friendly team. About you We are looking for you to bring/ demonstrate:

  • An expert understanding of employment legislation and regulatory bodies in order to manage employee relations cases
  • Extensive employee relations experience gained in a variety of roles and with accountability for advising on the full spectrum of individual and collective workplace employment matters
  • Significant experience including evidence of involvement in re-organisation, TUPE, complex cases and appeal hearings
  • An in-depth understanding of HR policies, procedures and practices and ability to coach others in this area
  • An Employment Law qualification is desirable
