We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to join us as an
Assessment Administration Coordinator
, ensuring smooth and efficient administration of End-Point Assessments while safeguarding the interests of apprentices and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the smooth running and administration of all End-Point Assessment processes.
Coordinate planning, booking, and completion of EPA services.
Communicate regularly and effectively with Assessors, Internal Quality Assurers (IQA), and other key stakeholders.
Provide timely support and clear information to apprentices, employers, and internal teams.
Act as the first point of contact for all EPA-related queries and support.
Maintain accurate EPA records and systems, ensuring timely data entry and documentation.
Produce regular reports for internal teams and external stakeholders, aligned with service level agreements.
Main Duties:
Conduct gateway checks and manage EPA bookings and registrations.
Prepare and complete EPA-related documentation and ensure audit-ready recordkeeping.
Liaise with delivery and quality teams to ensure timely and compliant EPA scheduling.
Coordinate assessor activity and support their administrative needs.
Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and process review.
Attend and contribute to team meetings and quality assurance sessions.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in administration roles, ideally in education, assessment, or training environments.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a varied workload effectively.
Strong communication skills--both written and verbal--with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of quality and compliance.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Desirable:
Knowledge of apprenticeship standards and End-Point Assessment processes.
Familiarity with quality assurance systems and reporting frameworks.
