As part of their ambitious plans towards Net Zero, our client are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Energy & Technical Solutions Manager to join the team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of energy management and contribute to a greener future.

Responsibilities:
As an Energy & Technical Solutions Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and delivery of Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of zero-cost saving or energy opportunities through targeted BMS (Building Management System) optimisation\'s or other appropriate methods.
  • Conducting energy audits and preparing detailed reports outlining energy savings options and projects to improve energy and water efficiency.
  • Engaging and influencing site stakeholders to support the implementation of identified Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) confidently.
  • Maintaining records and evidence to comply with audits and accreditation\'s associated with energy performance contracts.
  • Developing strong and sustainable client relationships and providing effective communication.
  • Delivering presentations to key stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to communicate the energy management strategy both internally and externally.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Proven experience in delivering Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) and managing energy efficiency projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge in energy management, including BMS optimisation\'s, energy audits, and energy/water efficiency improvements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in maintaining records and evidence to comply with audits and accreditation\'s related to energy performance contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong presentation skills to effectively deliver energy management strategies to diverse audiences.
  • A passion for sustainability and a commitment to achieving energy and carbon savings.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
