The Role
As an Enquiry Converter, you'll be the first point of contact for potential delegates considering our conferences. Your job is to chase inbound enquiries, build rapport, and convert interest into bookings. You'll work hand-in-hand with the marketing team to ensure every lead is maximised.

Key Responsibilities
Pick up the phone and follow up with warm leads.
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries by phone, email, and online.
Understand delegate needs and recommend tailored packages.
Build trust and strong relationships with prospective delegates.
Clearly explain the benefits of attending our conferences.
Collaborate with the marketing team to track campaign performance and improve conversions.
Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and sales activity.
Consistently meet and exceed sales and conversion targets.
What We're Looking For
Experience in sales, customer service, or account management (events experience a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, results-driven attitude with resilience under pressure.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes desirable.
A strong academic background that demonstrates ambition and consistency.
