About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager at LexisNexis Intellectual Property, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer relationships with our Top Tier accounts. This role will require a consultative selling approach, exceptional business acumen, and a genuine curiosity to understand our clients' needs and challenges.
You will work in close partnership with the Customer Success team and will be responsible for managing and expanding our existing customer base, focusing on customer retention and new business development. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, senior-level relationship building, and sales expertise.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled B2B sales professional with demonstrated, long term success, in new business development and account management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in both selling software subscriptions and growing and maintaining a book of business, ideally within the Intellectual Property sector, to senior professionals.
