Job Description

We are looking for a confident and motivated Entry-level Call Centre Assistant to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people and wants to gain experience supporting marketing campaigns through customer engagement and outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to support marketing and promotional campaigns. Communicate clearly with customers to provide information, answer enquiries, and promote services. Record customer feedback and update internal systems accurately. Support lead generation and appointment-setting activities. Maintain a professional and positive telephone manner at all times. Work closely with the marketing and customer engagement teams to meet campaign goals. Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting conversations naturally when required.

Positive, professional, and confident communication style. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced call centre environment. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. No previous call centre experience required, full training provided.
