Entry-level Call Centre Brand Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to support ongoing marketing and customer engagement campaigns Represent client brands professionally and consistently during every interaction Provide clear information about products, services, and promotions Answer customer enquiries and direct queries to the appropriate teams when needed Record call details, customer feedback, and relevant updates accurately Support lead generation and follow-up processes as required Maintain a positive, customer-first approach on all calls Work collaboratively with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure smooth campaign delivery

Requirements

No prior experience required - full training provided Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional phone manner Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable, organised, and able to work well in a structured environment Interest in marketing, brand communication, and customer support Ability to remain calm and helpful in customer-facing situations Basic computer skills and confidence in using call management systems (training offered)
