As an Entry-level Call Centre Brand Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, representing client brands with professionalism and energy. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, answer customer enquiries, promote services, and support the wider team in driving brand awareness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls to engage with customers and promote brand awareness
Provide accurate information about products, services, and ongoing promotions
Represent client brands positively and professionally during every interaction
Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the marketing and sales teams
Assist with appointment-setting, lead qualification, and follow-up calls
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
Support daily team targets and contribute to a positive working environment
Requirements
No prior experience required - full training is provided
Strong communication and people skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Confidence over the phone and ability to handle a high volume of calls
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
