We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated

Entry-Level Call Centre Brand Associate

As a Call Centre Brand Associate, you will be the voice of the brand, supporting inbound and outbound calls, providing information, promoting services, and delivering excellent customer experiences. You will receive full training, making this a great opportunity for those starting their career.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner. Represent the brand confidently, promoting products and services during conversations. Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide clear and accurate information. Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and support campaign activities. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Meet daily and weekly performance targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback from customer interactions. Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A confident phone manner with the ability to engage customers naturally. Excellent listening skills and a customer-first mindset. Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. No prior experience required, full training provided.
