Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Entry-level Customer Service Assistant to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain hands-on experience supporting customer engagement, brand representation, and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with customers to provide information, answer enquiries, and deliver a positive brand experience. Support customer-facing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events. Assist with handling customer feedback and passing insights to the marketing team. Represent client brands professionally across in-person and promotional environments. Support event set-ups, product demonstrations, and on-site customer engagement. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions where required. Work closely with the marketing team to support campaign objectives.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. No previous experience required, full training provided.
