Role Overview


We are seeking a friendly and motivated

Entry-level Customer Service Brand Advisor

to represent client brands, support customers, and assist with day-to-day campaign activity. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and contributing to a positive brand experience. Full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities



Engage with customers in person, by phone, or through digital platforms to provide helpful and friendly support Represent client brands professionally during customer interactions and promotional activities Answer enquiries, provide product or service information, and resolve basic issues Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve service and campaign effectiveness Support marketing and brand awareness initiatives across various channels Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates Assist with setting up promotional displays, materials, and event activities when required Work collaboratively with the marketing and customer service teams to deliver a smooth customer journey

Requirements



No previous experience required - full training provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, approachable, and customer-focused attitude Interest in brand communication, marketing, and customer service Reliable, organised, and able to manage time effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Willingness to learn, improve, and take on new challenges
