Role Overview

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Brand Associate, you will support our marketing campaigns by representing client brands, engaging with customers, and ensuring high-quality service at every touchpoint. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicates confidently, and is eager to grow within the marketing and customer relations field.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands professionally during marketing and customer-facing activities Engage with customers to provide information, answer queries, and promote products or services Support the execution of brand campaigns across events, residential outreach, and other marketing channels Deliver exceptional customer service to strengthen brand loyalty and satisfaction Gather customer feedback and share insights with the campaign team Assist in setting up displays, promotional materials, and brand presentations Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign results Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

No previous experience required; full training provided Strong communication and interpersonal skills A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail Interest in marketing, branding, or customer engagement
