About the Role

Entry-Level Customer Service Event Associate

to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and supporting live events and campaigns.

As an Event Associate, you will be the face of the brand at various marketing events, assisting with customer enquiries, promoting services, and ensuring events run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event marketing and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities



Represent the brand at live events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Greet and engage with customers, providing information about products and services. Assist in event set-up, logistics, and coordination to ensure smooth operations. Collect customer feedback and maintain accurate records of interactions. Support marketing campaigns by distributing materials and promoting services. Handle customer enquiries professionally and escalate issues when needed. Work closely with the marketing team to provide insights and recommendations from customer interactions.

Skills & Qualifications



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and confident when engaging with the public. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexible, proactive, and willing to learn. No prior experience required, full training will be provided.
