About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic

Entry-Level Event Agent

to join our growing marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to build a career in events, marketing, and brand representation. You will play an essential part in supporting our event operations, assisting with campaign execution, and ensuring clients' brands are showcased effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the planning, set-up, and delivery of marketing events and promotional campaigns. Represent client brands professionally across event sites, pop-up stands, and promotional activations. Engage with customers face-to-face to generate interest, answer queries, and collect feedback. Support the events team with logistics, inventory management, and daily operational tasks. Contribute ideas to improve event performance and customer engagement strategies. Work closely with team members to ensure smooth execution and exceptional client satisfaction. Maintain a positive, professional, and proactive approach at all times.

What We're Looking For

A strong interest in marketing, events, or brand promotions. Excellent communication and people skills with a friendly and engaging personality. Ability to work on your feet in dynamic environments. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to take initiative. Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours depending on event schedules. No previous experience required, full training provided.
