The Team
The Environmental Law team advises a wide range of clients, including developers, investors, energy companies, local authorities, and public bodies. The team provides expert guidance across all areas of environmental and planning law, including:

• Regulatory compliance and permitting
• Environmental impact assessments
• Planning applications and appeals
• Renewable energy projects
• Waste management and environmental litigation

This is a chance to work closely with experienced lawyers on high-value, complex matters that are shaping the future of environmental and planning law across Northern Ireland.
The Role

• Advising clients on all aspects of environmental law, including planning, regulatory, and contentious matters.
• Working on a diverse caseload of transactions, projects, and advisory matters.
• Building strong client relationships and providing practical, commercial solutions.
• Collaborating with colleagues across other departments to deliver a seamless, high-quality service.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor
• Strong interest and/or experience in environmental, planning, or regulatory law.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• A proactive, commercial mindset with the ability to manage multiple matters effectively.
• Keen to develop your expertise and progress your career within a supportive, market-leading team.
