Key Responsibilities
Branch & Team Leadership:
Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring high performance and smooth running.
Coaching & Development:

Customer Service Excellence:
Deliver an outstanding experience for buyers and sellers, maintaining strong relationships throughout.
Business Growth:
Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue to exceed performance goals.
Property Valuation & Instruction:
Conduct accurate property valuations and win new listings.
Sales Progression:
Manage the full sales process from instruction to completion, maintaining clear client communication.
Performance Management:

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in
residential estate agency
, ideally in a senior sales role
Strong record of achieving and exceeding targets
Confident leader with excellent communication and coaching skills
Ambitious, results-driven, and commercially aware
Professional and personable with a customer-first approach
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
