Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations Coach, mentor, and develop your team to achieve outstanding results Deliver a seamless, customer-first experience for buyers and sellers Secure new listings through effective property valuations and market insights Drive business growth by identifying and capitalising on local opportunities Oversee sales progression to ensure smooth transactions and client satisfaction Build strong relationships with clients and the local community

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in residential estate agency Ambitious, driven, and target-focused professional Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong leadership mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate others Organised, proactive, and commercially aware Full UK driving licence and access to a car
