Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth performance
Coach, support, and develop your team to deliver exceptional results
Deliver outstanding customer service to buyers and sellers at every stage
Secure new listings through professional property valuations and client engagement
Drive branch growth by identifying new opportunities and exceeding performance targets
Oversee sales progression, ensuring seamless transactions and satisfied clients

What We're Looking For
Proven experience in residential estate agency
Ambitious, energetic, and results-driven professional
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Leadership mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Commercially aware and confident in decision-making
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
