Key Responsibilities

Branch & Team Leadership:

Manage daily operations, ensuring a high-performing and customer-focused branch.

Coaching & Development:

Train, mentor, and support team members to achieve their goals.

Customer Service Excellence:

Deliver outstanding service throughout the sales process, maintaining long-term client relationships.

Business Growth:

Increase market share, secure new listings, and exceed performance targets.

Property Valuation & Instruction:

Value and list properties accurately and effectively.

Sales Progression:

Oversee transactions from offer to completion, ensuring smooth client experiences.

Performance Management:

Monitor KPIs, identify improvements, and implement strategic actions.

What We're Looking For

Proven

estate agency experience

, ideally in a senior sales or leadership capacity Energetic, ambitious, and driven to achieve outstanding results Excellent communicator -- professional, articulate, and customer-focused Inspirational leader with strong team-building skills Target-driven and commercially aware Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
