What We're Looking For:

Experience in Estate Agency You may be a lister, manager, or entrepreneur looking to go solo You're based in the UK and familiar with your local area You're coachable, motivated, and confident speaking with customers You care about doing right by homeowners and delivering results

Your First 3-6 Months:

You'll work with us to manage your initial listings and start generating results fast You'll begin building your own lead pipeline using our tried-and-tested
