About the Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced

Estate Agent / Valuer

to take full ownership of your local area -- while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

You'll be responsible for growing market share, building your reputation locally, and providing a first-class service from valuation through to completion. You'll have access to a nearby hub office with sales, admin, and progression support, allowing you to focus on what you do best -- winning instructions and delighting clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions Develop and execute local marketing and canvassing strategies Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and local contacts Manage your portfolio from instruction through to completion Collaborate with the hub team for sales progression and admin support Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused estate agency service

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2-3 years' Estate Agency experience Proven success in valuations, listings, and sales Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and target-driven Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Able to work independently and manage your own diary Full UK driving licence and access to a car
