Job Description
Enthusiastic and self motivated person required to work full time or part time in a busy family run estate agency in Louth.
Will be required to work one Saturday in three. The role involves:Being the first point of contact for both customers and clients Dealing with buyers and seller of property Arranging valuations Matching customers to properties and organizing viewings Receiving offers and negotiating sales Once sales are agreed, liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors & mortgage companies to achieve fast and smooth completions Assist with residential lettings
Previous experience and qualifications in estate agency not essential however, good IT and customer service skills required. Sound knowledge of social media a bonus, previous sales experience preferable. Full driving license.
