Senior Sales Negotiator

This is a role for someone who's confident in winning new instructions, managing clients at a senior level, and driving results in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You'll have the autonomy to build your local market presence while being part of a forward-thinking team that truly rewards success.

Key Responsibilities

Win new instructions:

Conduct property valuations, deliver expert advice, and bring properties to market.

Drive sales and progression:

Negotiate offers, manage the sales pipeline, and ensure seamless client updates.

Deliver exceptional service:

Build trusted relationships, offering professional guidance through every stage of the sales journey.

Showcase properties:

Conduct quality viewings and promote listings effectively to prospective buyers.

Collaborate with your team:

Work closely with colleagues to achieve branch targets and maintain a high standard of service.

About You

Proven experience in

estate agency sales

(typically 4-5+ years). Confident in

valuations, negotiations, and winning instructions

. Ambitious, target-driven, and passionate about property. Exceptional communication, presentation, and organisational skills. Resilient, proactive, and able to thrive in a competitive market. Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm, Friday 5:00pm finish, Saturday rota (9:00am-4:00pm)
