Valuation Partner

covering

Hinckley and surrounding areas

.

You'll be the local property expert for your area -- building your profile, generating valuations, winning instructions, and overseeing your clients' journey from valuation through to completion, all while being fully supported by a nearby hub office with dedicated negotiators, sales progression, and admin teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead property valuations and convert market appraisals into new instructions. Build and develop the brand presence within your local area through targeted marketing, canvassing, and community engagement. Manage your own diary to deliver exceptional client experiences at flexible times. Work closely with the hub office for ongoing sales progression and client communication. Develop long-term relationships with clients and local contacts to generate repeat and referral business.

About You

Minimum

2-3 years' experience

in Estate Agency, ideally at Valuer or Senior Negotiator level. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-motivation and ambition. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Deep understanding of your

local property market (Hinckley and nearby areas)

. Proven track record of winning instructions and driving business growth. Confident using modern property technology and CRM systems.

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
