This role could also be suitable for an experienced Estate Agent who wants to progress to the next stage of their career, specifically with experience of the local property market.

The role available is for an experienced Valuer, or an Estate Agent who wants to further their career (

minimum three years experience in Estate Agency

), for our future planned offices throughout the region.

Requirements:

A proven track record of success in estate agency, minimum 3 years' experience, and a strong desire to excel in the field. Proven track record of generating valuations and hitting conversion and listing targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. Full UK driving license and access to own vehicle. Specific experience of the local property market is preferred.

Our working hours are Monday - Friday 09:30-17:30, and every other Saturday 10:00-14:00, with 4 hours taken in lieu the following week.

Pay: Basic salary from 26,000 -30,000, 35,000-50,000 OTE per annum, uncapped commission

Monday to Friday 09:30 - 17:30 Every other Saturday 10:00 - 14:00, 4 hours taken back in lieu
