We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all estate planning administrative tasks, including drafting Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney documents, supporting office operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments and external companies. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to the efficiency of our organisation. The position only suitable for applicants with prior administrative experience within the estate planning and legal sector.
Duties
Manage and maintain accurate data entry using systems such as Willsuite and other relevant software.
Provide comprehensive office support, including scheduling appointments, organising meetings, and handling correspondence.
Assist with client communication via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism.
Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
Prepare reports and draft documents in line with advisor instructions.
Handle incoming enquiries efficiently and professionally, providing exceptional customer service.
Skills
Proven experience with office administration and drafting Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney and advance directive documents.
Familiarity with Willsuite or similar software is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
