The primary function of this role is to provide administrative support to management, employees and in some cases, clients and visitors. Handling office ad-hoc duties such as dealing with calls, externally and internally, organising files, drafting letters, assisting with complaints. Financial support with trade accounts, job completion and invoice accountability.
Assist Estate teams across all 4 localities where required, providing a thorough service to all GreenSquareAccord owned communal areas across the group.
The role is hybrid working but you would be expected to attend offices or site meeting as and when required.
