The opportunity:
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Vendor Compliance Co-Ordinator
to join our Global Vendor Compliance & Sustainability team. The role will report to the Head of Global Vendor Compliance & Sustainability.###
What are key duties of the role?
Maintain compliance documentation and supplier records Track factory audits and support audit schedule coordination Collect and analyse compliance data for reporting and improvement Assist with customer and licensor documentation requests Communicate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accuracy

What we need you to bring to the team:
Strong organisational and data management skills Clear and professional written and verbal communication Confidence using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) Ability to interpret compliance and audit data * Knowledge of SEDEX or ethical sourcing practices is a plus
