Job Description
Are you an Estates Officer with healthcare experience? Are you looking for a role within an acute trust? Do you live in the Hertfordshire Area ?
What you need?
- Electrical Qualifications - e.g. City & Guilds/ HNC
- Reactive and Planned maintenance experience
- Electrically Bias
- Worked in an NHS Trust for 2 or more years
- To ensure that the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activity is carried out by the Estates team as specified.
- Responsible for the purchasing of stores and parts, as required for the job using a purchase card system.
- Implement and work from instructions, drawings and specifications without supervision, and ensure others in the team do the same.
- Manufacture, assemble, erect and install new work.
- Responsible for managing H & S and Risk assessment of directly employed staff and external contractors.
- This role is a temp 6-month contract with the ability to go Perm at the end.
- The salary for this role is \xc2\xa327.17 an hour.
- You are paid via Umbrella.
