8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 2.30pm on a Friday.

We are looking for an Estimating Administrator to join the Estimating team.

Key responsibilities

Day-to-day administrative support for the Estimating department Logging new tender enquiries into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system Liaising with customers regarding the status of quotations Track projects via Glenigan database Logging new orders Completing pre-qualification questionnaires Preparing reports as requested by the Estimating Manager or Contracts Director Updating and circulating the weekly Order Intake report Carrying out other reasonable duties as required
Experience within an administrative role would be beneficial but is not essential.
