Are you an experienced Estimator or Senior Estimator with fit out tender experience.

Ideally you will have experience as an Estimator of fit out projects within the UK. If you do not have this experience . Your application will not be taken forward.

Summary

We are seeking a Construction Estimator to join our dynamic main contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing project costs and preparing accurate estimates to support our clients in making informed decisions. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring project profitability and success.

Responsibilities

Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Evaluate project specifications and requirements to determine the best approach for estimating costs. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates. Maintain a database of historical costs to improve future estimating accuracy. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on cost estimates for stakeholders. Monitor project budgets and provide recommendations for cost control measures. Manage other Estimators
Requirements

Proven experience as a construction Estimator or similar role in the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail. Proficient in cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
