Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join a contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishment. This is a new role created to support the company's continued growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive tenders for projects ranging from 500k to 2.5m.

Key Requirements:
Minimum 4 years' experience in estimating, ideally within the high-end residential or refurbishment sector Proven experience preparing tenders for full construction projects of similar value Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet tight deadlines Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 55,000.00-70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
