As the European Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in planning and implementing effective digital marketing campaigns to support the European sales team. Your ability to balance a hands-on and strategic approach will be key to your success. You\'ll work closely with the heads of Lead Generation and Content Development, executing multi-channel demand marketing strategies to generate leads and acquire customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth research into target markets, identifying top accounts for business growth
  • Develop and implement market entry plans to drive growth and expansion
  • Utilise data-driven decision-making, consistently leveraging insights for campaign optimisation
  • Establish metrics to measure the performance of existing marketing and sales campaigns
  • Generate sales pipeline and increase awareness in targeted accounts
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, effectively handing off opportunities ready for the sales process
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and target market programs
  • Identify, create, and implement the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accounts and target markets
What You Bring:
  • 10+ years of B2B demand generation experience
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) expertise
  • Previous experience in startups, SaaS, AI, or technology industries
  • Interest in or experience with testing, proctoring, and online assessment
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Salesforce, Pardot/Hubspot/Marketo, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEM, SMM, paid advertising, and website optimisation
  • Sales experience and a proven track record of achieving quota goals
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Sales, Client Success, Client Support, or Development
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Ability to translate business and technical requirements into compelling sales presentations and product strategies
Education:

University degree in marketing with technology experience or technology degree with marketing experience; MBA preferred.
