The Role: Event Administrator


Based at our Head Office in Lasham, you will provide administrative and organisational support to the Events Department, ensuring smooth processes from enquiry through to delivery. Working closely with the Head of Events and the wider operations team, you will play a key role in handling customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the coordination of our events function.

This is a

full-time, office-based role 37.5 Hours (Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5 pm)

. 1 hour unpaid break

Pay - 24,000 to 25,000 DOE If over 21.

Under 21 - 19,500 to 20,500 DOE.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to incoming enquiries via website, telephone, and email. Process bookings, raise purchase orders, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records on our systems. Provide clients with product information and administrative support for their sanitation requirements. Maintain customer databases and ensure all documentation is up to date. Prepare quotes and order confirmations under the guidance of the Head of Events. Support with scheduling and planning for event operations teams. Liaise with internal departments (operations, marketing, accounts) to ensure smooth communication. Assist with the preparation of sales exhibitions and occasional administrative support at events. General office administration including filing, reporting, and supporting senior management with ad hoc tasks.

Experience and Expertise:


The successful candidate for the

Event Administrator

position will demonstrate:

Previous experience in administration, office support, or customer service roles (events industry desirable but not essential). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management. Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines. A proactive and adaptable approach, comfortable supporting colleagues at all levels.
