Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team for a variety of events at our dedicated event space just outside of Marlow.

As an integral part of our operations, you will assist in creating memorable experiences for our guests. This role requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Reporting to the Event Management Team You will be involved in various aspects of event execution, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging furniture and decorations. Provide excellent guest services, ensuring all attendees feel welcomed and attended to throughout the event. Support food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Serve food and beverages, including bartending duties when required, while maintaining a clean and organised service area. Collaborate with catering teams to ensure timely delivery of meals and refreshments. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing assistance as needed. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the standards of the venue at all times.

Skills

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or restaurant environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations. Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services, enabling effective interaction with attendees. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. or culinary roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided as necessary. A team player who is willing to help colleagues and contribute positively to the overall event experience.

Pay: 8.60-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 24 per week
