As an Event Operations Assistant, you will be integral to the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. Reporting to the Operations Director, your core skills in time management and organizational abilities will be essential in coordinating logistics across multiple live events
Responsibilities
Support with the logistics of booking and running live events.
Responding to general enquiries from delegates and clients.
Sending thank you gifts to delegates.
Requesting follow up meetings with delegates (via e-mail and phone).
Collect event feedback.
Keep trackers for each client up to date.
Support with venue booking and logistics.
Support arranging materials being delivered to the relevant venues for events.
Requirements
Computer literate.
Strong communication skills.
Good attention to detail.
Able to follow direction.
Excellent customer service.
A self starter and able to work on your own.
Trustworthy.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Previous administration experience.
