Job Overview


The role involves efficiently managing clients' ground transportation reservations, ensuring all travel arrangements are accurate, timely, and tailored to individual needs. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with service providers to deliver a seamless experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive in handling changes or issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company standards and procedures.

Main repsonsibilities



Process incoming email/phone bookings within agreed SLA's Be able to prioritise incoming reservations Take ownership of any complex bookings and oversee until completion. Process job updates Handle client or supplier queries Advising clients on feasibility of schedules and checking them for discrepancies Follow up on missing information to fully complete each booking Job quotations Handle any special requests for clients Ensure any special instructions, requests or quotes are added to relevant jobs Assign appropriate suppliers to reservations and sourcing new suppliers when necessary Detailed handovers to nightshift/weekend staff Record feedback in the system as required Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, clients and suppliers Ensure speedy and accurate client rate cards, and any special pricing notes are passed to the pricing team in advance of an event starting. Inform Sales team of accounts progress and arising issues Be prepared to take on work of other staff in their absence

Skills Required



Must have an exceptional eye for detail Ability to leverage TBR's products and services PC literate. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite is essential Excellent organisational skills and prioritising abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure Flawless communication

Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role, attend training when required Maintain regular and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance

Work Pattern



37.5 hours per week
*Additional days / hours at peak times
