Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Maintain stock levels and assist in inventory management as required. Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring all guests feel valued and attended to promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with hospitality practices. Strong understanding of food safety regulations to ensure compliance in all operations. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members alike, fostering a positive environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow accurately.
