The Role: What You'll Be Doing

End-to-end coordination of live events, from initial planning to on-the-day delivery Venue sourcing, supplier communication, bookings, and logistics On-site event support and management, including setup and pack-down Working closely with clients to understand briefs and bring their vision to life Maintaining timelines, budgets, and ensuring events run smoothly Administrative tasks such as event schedules, permits, and supplier documentation

What We're Looking For

A natural organiser with outstanding attention to detail Friendly, confident communicator who can build great relationships Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple events at once Flexible, hands-on approach - ready to jump in wherever needed Previous experience in events, hospitality, or logistics preferred Full availability for weekday and occasional weekend work Must be available for
